Activate the Telegra Fulfillment
This fulfillment can be configured in the Telemedicine category in the Admin->plugins section. Select the Telegra fulfillment and click "Activate".

A series of inputs will now display in a separate popup window. Please fill out the relevant information.

Title: This is the name of fulfillment you are going to create. It could be called anything.
Fulfillment Company: This determines the fulfillment that is being registered. There should be no need to change this from Telegra. If Telegra does not appear, please find and select it in the dropdown menu provided.
Username: This is the username used to log into the Telegra portal.
Password: This is the password used to log into the Telegra portal.
TelegraURL: This should be the URL provided by the Telegra onboarding team and should include the protocol (https://).
Example: https://telegramd.com/
Return Address: Enter the return address for where the products should be returned upon an RMA. This address can be sent to the customers via our RMA autoresponder.
Disable shipping validation: Checking this option will prevent tracking numbers from being validated with the carrier.
Create a Prescription Product
When creating a product, there are some configurations that need to be done. Follow the normal product creation workflow, but be sure to include the fulfillment house and the product SKU. The product SKU can be found in the Telegra portal and usually begins with the letters "pvt". These product identifiers must match up for orders to be placed correctly.

Add this product to a desired campaign, and configuration should be complete.
Notes on Ordering
When filling out an order form or setting up the information to be gathered from a potential client, it is imperative that certain fields get filled in. Below is the list of required fields needed for Telegra's intake forms.
