# Enable Automatic Cancel on Refund and Void

In the top right corner of **Konnektive**, open your *user menu* and select **Account**:

*Enable* **'Automatically Cancel Agent on Void'** under **Company Information | Additional Options:**<br>

*Auto-cancel* will trigger **Continuity and Fulfillment Cancellation** any time a transaction is refunded or voided for a Purchase.
