# Adding Call Center Agents

To edit Call Center Agents, *select* **CRM** and then *click* **Call Center**. Select the appropriate *Call Center* and then *click* on **'Edit'**.

Agents can be added by clicking on the **'Add Agent'** icon.

Agents *can* be edited once added.

The agent's name, the role of the agent, the agent's team, and the agent's commission can all be modified.

A Team can be created by clicking on **'Create Team'**. Enter the Team's name and then *click* **"Create Team"**. The Team name can be edited after creation.
