Go to Account> which is located in the top right corner of the CRM.
Click on the (Admin) Username and select Account from the drop down menu.
On the left side of the Account page click on the Green Add Subaccount Button.
Subaccount Company Name
Subaccount Owner First Name
Subaccount Owner Last Name
Subaccount Email- If this email is already assigned to a username then you will need to create a new user for the subaccount. If this email is not already attached to a username then you will see the new Subaccount User listed in your users section of the CRM.
MID Category (optional)- If selected, this will assign all Mids in that Mid Category to the newly created Subaccount. Creating a subaccount is the only way to transfer existing Mids from the main account.
Note: Your main account will be charged a recurring fee of $30.00 per subaccount created
Click on the Green Create Subaccount Button.
Notice: It will then automatically redirect you to Adobe to sign the Echo Agreement.
Notice: Once the Echo Agreement is initialed and signed you will then be prompted to log into your email and finish the agreement verification.
Note: If the email is already assigned to a username then you will need to create a new user for the subaccount. If the email is not already attached to a username then you will see the new Subaccount User listed in your users section of the CRM.
Go to Admin> Users in your main account and click on the Blue Edit Button next to the Subaccount username.
Click on the Green Plus Button.
Fill In the Create New User fields.
From the Access Level drop down select Subaccount User
After entering the password click on the Green Submit Button.
Image Below displays the Limited Access Level for the Subaccount User.
Note: A Subaccount user can not view the Dashboard and will automatically redirect to the Mid List when clicking on the Dashboard Tab.
Sales that come in on "Subaccount A" and have an offer completed on that Mid, will only bill on another mid from "Subaccount A".Note: After a Subaccount is created only the Subaccount Users can add Mids to the Subaccount by switching accounts with the dropdown menu at the top of the CRM. A Subaccount User can also create additional users within the subaccount.
If a sale comes in on "Subaccount A" and an offer bills, then the upsell can only bill on another Mid from "Subaccount A". If an offer bills on main then the Upsell bills on main.
Note: Mids cannot be transferred from one subaccount to another.
If you need to cancel a subaccount -
Navigate to the top right menu, click Subaccounts, and then delete it from your list.
