Setting Call Center Commissions

To set the Commission for an Agent, first assign their Call Center to a phone campaign. This can be done by editing your call center.

  • Click on CRM -> Call Centers in the navigation Side Bar. Then click on the blue Edit button.

  • Click on the green + button in the Campaigns area to add a campaign.

  • Once you add a campaign, you can then Add or Edit Agents and apply their commission rate. Click on the green + button in the Agents tab to add agents, or click on the respective agent's Edit button.

Alternative

  • You can set Base and Upsell permissions per campaign. To accomplish this, navigate to CRM → Campaigns then click on the blue Edit button of the campaign you added in the Call Center in the previous step.

  • Click on the Call Center tab and then click on the green + button or the blue Edit button.

  • The fields to add both Base Commission and Upsell Commission rates will be displayed. Set commission $ amount or percentage. Click on "Add to Campaign" or "Update" to save the changes.
