# Setting Call Center Commissions

To set the *Commission* for an Agent, first assign their Call Center to a phone campaign. This can be done by editing your call center.

* Click on **CRM -> Call Centers** in the navigation Side Bar. Then click on the blue **Edit button**.
* Click on the green **+ button** in the **Campaigns** area to add a campaign.&#x20;
* Once you add a campaign, you can then Add or Edit Agents and apply their commission rate. Click on the green **+ button** in the **Agents** tab to add agents, or click on the respective agent's **Edit** **button**.

* You can set Base and Upsell permissions per campaign. To accomplish this, navigate to **CRM → Campaigns** then click on the blue **Edit button** of the campaign you added in the Call Center in the previous step.

* Click on the **Call Center** tab and then click on the green **+ button** or the blue **Edit button**.

* The fields to add both **Base Commission and Upsell Commission** rates will be displayed. Set commission $ amount or percentage. Click on **"Add to Campaign"** or **"Update"** to save the changes.
