Schedule Sales DemoTo set the Commission for an Agent, first assign their Call Center to a phone campaign. This can be done by editing your call center.
Click on CRM -> Call Centers in the navigation Side Bar. Then click on the blue Edit button.
Click on the green + button in the Campaigns area to add a campaign.
Once you add a campaign, you can then Add or Edit Agents and apply their commission rate. Click on the green + button in the Agents tab to add agents, or click on the respective agent's Edit button.

You can set Base and Upsell permissions per campaign. To accomplish this, navigate to CRM → Campaigns then click on the blue Edit button of the campaign you added in the Call Center in the previous step.
Click on the Call Center tab and then click on the green + button or the blue Edit button.
The fields to add both Base Commission and Upsell Commission rates will be displayed. Set commission $ amount or percentage. Click on "Add to Campaign" or "Update" to save the changes.
